Eric monitors market developments and fiscal and monetary policy in Indonesia. He is frequently quoted in local and international media. He has also written articles for the Jakarta Globe and Esquire Indonesia magazine on the political economy.
Eric joined the Bank in 2007. Previously, he was a macroeconomic analyst for Bank Mandiri, an economic researcher at the University of Indonesia, and a senior business analyst at Synovate Business Consulting. He holds a Bachelor's in International Relations (International Political Economy) from the University of Indonesia and Master's degrees in Economics from the University of Indonesia and the University of Virginia.
